We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Building Services Technician to join our team at AtWork - Seattle South in Renton, Washington. With over 75 years of experience in linen supply and rental, we understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment.
The successful candidate will have experience with cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them. They will also be responsible for gathering and emptying trash, and supplying restrooms. In addition, they will clean and polish furniture and fixtures, and clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Main Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them
Gather and empty trash, and supply restrooms
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
We are looking for a skilled professional who has a year of Janitorial experience as a commercial cleaner. Must pass a drug test and background checking.
