Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Supervision position located in Mumbai. As a Building Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and maintenance of building systems, coordinate with contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols. Additionally, you will monitor building activities, address maintenance issues promptly, and supervise the implementation of energy-saving solutions. The role also requires scheduling inspections, managing budgets for repair/maintenance tasks, and producing periodic reports to document building operations and efficiency.
Qualifications
• Experience in building supervision, facility management, and maintenance scheduling
• Knowledge of safety standards, compliance regulations, and energy management systems
• Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks with contractors and staff
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation for building operations and maintenance
• Organizational skills to manage budgets and prioritize tasks effectively
• Technical knowledge of building systems, equipment, and repairs is highly advantageous
• Certification in construction management, facility management, or a related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and solve problems under minimal supervision
