Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who will enjoy working in a multidisciplinary and vibrant team environment. They key responsibilities for the role include:
Oversee residential projects to ensure they are completed to the highest standard
Work with our Administration team to schedule trades and ensure materials are ordered and delivered to site
Regular site inspections on each of our active jobs to ensure our trades are operating in a safe and respectful manner
Work with our trades and suppliers to ensure we maintain our strong relationship with all our partners
Ensure our projects are built with the highest quality of workmanship, in accordance with the Building Codes
Be able to interpret building plans, engineers’ reports and specifications
Be a positive, reliable presence on site, you are the first point of contact for our trades
Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise alongside our trade and service partners

We are looking for:
Excellent communications skills and a high level of attention to detail
Ideally carpentry trade background
Minimum 5 years construction experience
Full drivers license
Proficient IT skills and ability to read and interpret plans
