As a Building Systems Mechanic, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of commercial HVAC systems. This includes conducting scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts, as well as identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities include conducting routine maintenance on ice machines and refrigeration systems, assessing and troubleshooting commercial HVAC to determine required repairs, inspecting and performing equipment repair and replacements, and performing routine preventative maintenance and recommending preventative repairs to avoid unplanned downtime.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3-6 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated experience in Commercial HVAC Refrigeration systems. You should also be able to work with minimal supervision, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to work on lite commercial equipment.
