Mod builders are looking for Residential builders to join the team.
Working around Central and West Auckland suburbs we are looking for carpenters as one of our guys is leaving for is O.E in the new year.
We are a tight team all in our 20-30's that work on remodeling existing homes, with great opportunities for future growth.
We are looking for Qualified skilled builders, LBP preferred. With new projects to start in January and March 2026 with opportunities for the right candidates to look at site foreman roles as well, running a crew of 2-3.
We will likely be looking at taking on another apprentice next year as well, with our current one almost finishing his time.
Responsibilities:
Carpenter:
Perform carpentry tasks involved in renovations, like framing, cladding and custom and fine detail work on villa's
Be able read of plans, engineers notes and council documents accurately.
Collaborate effectively with team members and sub trades.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Work safely and well with others
Requirements:
Must have their carpentry qualification, and hands on experience.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team as the work can vary.
Have strong communication skills.
Be punctual and have good communication when time off is needed.
Have a valid NZ driver's license.
Must have own the own basic personal tools and battery tools.
