Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Carpenter/Leading Hand to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on role, working directly with our Operations Manager on a variety of civil projects. Key Responsibilities:
Work on diverse projects rain or shine, setting out jobs, reading plans, and liaising with operators and subcontractors
Build timber retaining walls, box accessways, and perform in-situ thickenings, with basic steel tying experience a plus
Supervise a small team (2-3 people) onsite and communicate effectively with consultants and clients
Bring a can-do attitude to every project, ensuring quality and efficiency
