Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and resilient Business Development Executive to join our growth team. This is a "phone-first" role designed for a master communicator who thrives on cold calling and opening doors. You won't just be following a script; you will be engaging stakeholders, understanding their pain points, and pitching sophisticated solutions across our service lines.
Core Responsibilities (The Daily Grind)
High-Volume Prospecting: Conduct extensive cold calling (60+ calls daily) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Research and build a pipeline of potential clients using LinkedIn, databases, and industry news.
Pitching & Discovery: Effectively communicate our value proposition to C-suite executives and HR heads.
CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and follow-ups.
Closing the Meeting: Your primary goal is to convert "cold" conversations into "warm" discovery meetings for the senior team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,374.94 - ₹40,770.45 per month
