Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager who can generate high-value sales and build strong partnerships for our growing travel company. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new B2B/B2C clients, developing agent networks, and closing premium travel deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert qualified leads into confirmed sales
Build partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and luxury clients
Develop outbound sales strategies for international travel packages
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Achieve monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
1+ years experience in business development
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Existing network in travel industry preferred
Target-driven and self-motivated
Compensation:
Fixed salary + High performance-based incentives (uncapped earning potential)
