- Create & explore New Revenue Streams (eg: Fashion Events, Marathons, Product Launch, Wedding Planners, Sponsorships, Women’s Day, IPs).
- Plan and monitor Company Revenue Growth.
- Create & explore New Customer Acquisition Channels (eg: Non-Competing brand alliances, bank alliances, co- working spaces, etc).
- Vendor Onboarding (across & not limited to marketing, technology, finance, salon, etc.).
- Build & Manage Offline Travel Agent Network (18000+ Pan India).
- Build & Manage Corporate portfolio driving Mice and R&R business.
- Build & Manage Co-operative Hsg. Society community from scratch.
- Build & Manage Campus Ambassador Program from scratch
- Build & Manage Influencer Program from scratch
- Build & Manage Government Relationships (eg: Central & State Tourism Ministry)
