Ghost&Co is a fast-growing creative marketing and video production agency based in Christchurch, working with a wide range of local businesses to help them tell their stories, grow their brands, and attract more customers.
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Coordinator to help connect us with businesses that could benefit from our services.
This role focuses on cold outreach and relationship building, introducing businesses to Ghost&Co and identifying potential opportunities for collaboration.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, and after an initial training period the role can be done remotely.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reaching out to businesses via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Introducing Ghost&Co and our services
Identifying potential leads and opportunities
Booking meetings for our director with interested businesses
Maintaining simple records of outreach and conversations
What We’re Looking For
Someone confident speaking with new people
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
A positive attitude and resilience when doing outreach
Previous sales or outreach experience is highly valued
Bonus (Not Required)
Studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or Sales
Interest in marketing, branding, video production, or creative industries
Experience with CRM systems or lead generation
