Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Automation professional with proven expertise in bulk/high-volume email campaigns and email deliverability management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing email campaigns for multiple companies or domains, setting up automation workflows, and ensuring high inbox placement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage bulk email marketing campaigns (B2B/B2C)
Handle high-volume email sends while maintaining deliverability and compliance
Set up and optimize email automation workflows (welcome series, follow-ups, lead nurturing)
Manage email segmentation, personalization, and scheduling
Monitor and improve email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP/domain warming)
Track campaign performance: open rates, CTR, bounce rate, spam complaints
Maintain email list hygiene, validation, and unsubscribe management
Integrate email campaigns with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better engagement
Coordinate with marketing/sales teams for lead nurturing and outreach
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of experience in Email Marketing / Marketing Automation
Hands-on experience managing bulk email campaigns (50K+ emails)
Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
Experience with tools such as:
HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Zoho Campaigns
Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Experience with email verification and list hygiene tools
Strong analytical and optimization skill
Preferred / Good to Have:
Experience working with multiple domains or multiple brands
B2B outreach tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Apollo, etc.)
CRM integration experience
Understanding of email compliance standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
