We’re looking for great individuals to join our driving team at our Larbert and Bannockburn depots. Whether you already hold a PCV driving qualification or you’ve always wanted to get behind the helm of our fantastic fleet of buses, we have just the job for you.
Our in house Training Academy team can help you hone your skills to fulfil your potential before you join our great team here at Midland Bluebird. Our buses travel all over central Scotland through Falkirk and Stirling, through the Trossachs down to Glasgow, across to Edinburgh and so much more – no day is the same when you have the road ahead.
You’ll be given all the support you need from our friendly team who will look out for you from day 1 through all of your time with the company – some of our colleagues have been here for more than 40 years!! We also provide continuing professional development and training - a number of our colleagues started as drivers and now are part of the management team.
What are the main duties of working as a Midland Bluebird PCV Driver?

What can you bring to us:
· For our qualified PCV holders, you will need to hold a valid UK PCV driving license, held for longer than 6 months and with 6 or less penalty points and current Driver CPC qualification.
· For our trainee drivers, you will need to hold a valid UK car licence, held for longer than 6 months with 6 or less penalty points
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Excellent numeracy skills
· Embrace flexibility and adaptability
