Job Title: Bus Agent
The Bus Agent position works to support the needs of airline passengers by providing bus service on a specified route between the main terminal and remote aircraft parking locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Performs and records on specified forms or by electronic means required pre- and post-trip walk around visual inspections to check for damage to vehicle and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
Ensures the cleanliness of bus and boarding areas.
Consistently adheres to traffic rules and regulations, ensuring safety is the primary focus.
Addresses questions and concerns from passengers with professionalism and courtesy.
Acts in accordance with the values of Safety, Service, Integrity, Mutual Respect, Accountability, and Pride at all times and portrays a positive image in this customer-facing role.
Requirements:
Must have a good driving record with no license suspensions within the past 10 years, no more than 3 speeding tickets within the past 5 years and No DUI's within the last 3 years.
Must meet expectations of all McGee team members related to safety, uniform compliance, attendance reliability, process and procedure compliance and all other requirements related to ongoing employment.
Previous customer-facing experience required.
Previous passenger bus experience preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with others.
Proactive and ability to anticipate needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to receive and communicate information in English.
Ability to pass background criminal history check and drug test.
Lifting up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and one of the following documents to be qualified for this position.
