Responsibilities
A monthly schedule of bus trips will be distributed at the end of each month
All trips must be covered
Arrive 30 minutes before scheduled trip to warm up or cool off the bus and conduct pre-trip inspection
In the winter plan to arrive earlier if there has been a snowstorm in order to clean off the bus
Greet and help people both on and off the bus
For shopping trips, please assist members with packages
Record on daily sheet starting and ending mileage, starting and ending times and your initials
Please use phone only when necessary and never while driving
Turn in daily schedule to Transportation Coordinator at the end of each shift
Due to the nature of scheduling, you must give a least a 2 week notice for vacation time

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:
• A monthly schedule of bus trips will be distributed at the end of each month
• All trips must be covered. In the event you cannot cover a shift please call Assistant Director of Member Services. In the case of no coverage please notify Member Services ASAP so that arrangements can be made for an alternate means of bus transportation
