As our new Business Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of delivering exceptional experiences by building strong client relationships, offering tailored IT solutions, and consistently exceeding expectations.

You'll establish client relationships that truly contribute to their success by:

Building strong, meaningful relationships with our current customers
Delivering IT solutions that perfectly align with our customers' business goals.
Providing expertise in Managed Services, Projects, Security, Network, Communications, and Cloud.
Developing and maintaining an accurate and viable pipeline for your assigned customers.
Consistently surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).

About You
Experience in a similar role for around 5 years is ideal but not mandatory. What's most important to us is that you demonstrate excellent customer service skills and time management abilities. We're looking for candidates with a positive attitude and a strong desire to stay ahead of new technology and solutions.
