Anglicare Sydney is seeking a dynamic Business Administrator to join our Relationships and Wellbeing team – a group of passionate professionals delivering services that support mental health and wellbeing, relationships and families and communities.
As our Business Administrator, you’ll support a wide range of operational, practice, and project activities across the team. From coordinating stakeholder events and training to refining internal processes and systems, your work will ensure smooth operations and enable high-quality, client-centred service delivery.
You’ll work across multiple program areas, helping to ensure seamless service transitions for clients and embedding consistency and quality across everything we do.
Your opportunity
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Coordinating administrative processes, systems, and small projects that support team goals.
Supporting the development of practice documentation, training and event coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Driving improvements in work methods, planning, and internal procedures.
Liaising confidently with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting seamless collaboration across teams and programs.
What you’ll bring
Experience in business or team administration, preferably in health, community services
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
Confidence working with digital systems and juggling multiple priorities
The ability to exercise judgment, improve processes, and support others
A heart for service and a desire to contribute to work that matters
