Job description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analysis Expert to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives, gathering and analyzing business requirements for core banking systems, and recommending solutions or enhancements to existing systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in payment banking or banking channels, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and a "can do" attitude. They will also be able to work closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with stakeholders including product managers, IT teams, and operations to ensure alignment of business objectives.
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements related to core banking systems.
• Performing gap analysis and recommending solutions or enhancements to existing systems and processes.
• Working closely with development and QA teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into functional specifications.
• Facilitating workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather insights and share progress with stakeholders.
• Maintaining documentation including BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user manuals.
• Supporting UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess essential skills and competencies including:
• Agile ways of working and User stories documentation
• Experience in payment banking or banking channels
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate role model behaviors of "can do" attitude, positive motivation
