Job Responsibilities:
The role involves a wide range of disciplines, including gathering and analysis of data, preparation of executive reporting, design of control framework for operational processes and project management. You will interact with multiple control officers across Markets organization and will help to ensure effective communication channel exist between global, regional and LOB teams.. Understanding of Markets business operational processes and control mind-set are essential for this position.
Work with huge sets of data from varied systems and stitch it together to derive meaningful information. Synthesize information to reach logical conclusion
Supporting business requirements with analysis and metrics. Developing and rolling out reports to measure and track process improvements
Adherence to key control/regulatory/audit standards. Daily/ Weekly/ Quarterly reports monitoring and publishing to senior management and operations groups
Get involved in process improvements for better client experience & automation of reports generation. Regulatory and control metrics to measure compliance with regulatory requirements
Reporting of KRIs & KRIs to Senior management and Operations Leads. Investigation and resolution on internal queries on the reports and work with stakeholders on enhancements
Work closely with stakeholders on new reporting requirements, and with technology teams on changes to incorporate in reports. Providing analytics on the report with trends, root cause and business context
