About the opportunity
The Business Analyst plays an important role working in a multi-stakeholder environment to facilitate the definition and documentation of requirements to understand and deliver solutions that provide value to the relevant stakeholders.
This role will assist a more senior business analyst in supporting one of our most important and complex services. This role will suit individuals that have worked within highly matrixed stakeholder environments that include multi-vendor, government and internal external operations and technology teams.
What we’re looking for
2-5 years of business analysis experience
Proven working experience in rapid deployments
Experience in using JIRA and Confluence
Experienced in agile project methodology
2-5 years producing and documenting processes and procedures
Contact centre experience including telephony, CRM and integrations (desirable)
