Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in a multifaceted, global environment to understand business requirements.
Analyze business and functional requirements and resolve problems using technical solutions.
Ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Document functional and technical designs of business systems.
Collaborate with developers and managers to enhance operational efficiency.
Test systems and processes to generate necessary documentation.
Exhibit a passion for creating technical solutions and adapting to new technologies.
Good to Have:
Fresher to 6 months of experience in business analysis.
Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.
Good understanding of SDLC process and database concepts
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Possess excellent communication and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to motivate others.
Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Education: BE/BTech in CS/IT
