Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Auckland. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technical teams and third-party vendors, ensuring clarity of business requirements and contributing effectively to project success.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from key stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to identify business improvements.
Refine business processes based on testing outcomes, maintaining alignment with the approved solution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement business solutions.
Assist in preparing user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and support stakeholders during testing phases.
Provide ongoing analysis and support for existing systems and processes.
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Key Requirements/skills
3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within technology or business transformation projects.
Strong analytical skills and experience with business analysis methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in creating clear documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs) and process maps.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Desirable Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) preferred but not mandatory.
