About the Role
12 Month Contract
Join a spirited and forward-thinking team as a Technical Business Analyst focused on DocuSign and Digital Acceptance.
In this 12-month max term opportunity, you’ll play a pivotal role in analysing and documenting business initiatives, ensuring alignment with group frameworks and risk appetite, and supporting both BAU configuration and change.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the Group and external partners like DocuSign and IBM, contributing to system changes, documentation, and user support.
From scoping business parameter changes to participating in UAT and post-implementation validation, your work will directly impact the efficiency and compliance of our digital platforms.

About you
You’re a detail-oriented analyst with a passion for digital transformation and a knack for translating business needs into technical solutions.
Ideally, you bring experience with DocuSign or similar digital acceptance systems, along with a background in business or systems analysis.
You thrive in collaborative environments, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
