We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Digital Platforms, HR technology and Enterprise systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will:

Be experienced in new digital platforms (e.g. Workday, payroll systems, HR tech)

Bring proven experience as a Digital BA, ideal in HR, Finance, or Legal domains

Be pragmatic, balancing attention to detail with delivery pace

Thrive in ambiguous environments, confidently engaging stakeholders at all levels

Be a collaborative partner, keeping Product Owners and delivery teams aligned and moving forward

Translate complex people processes into clear, testable digital requirements

Maintain a sharp backlog: well-defined user stories, clear priorities, and readiness for development

Work across HR, Finance, Legal, and other teams to resolve ambiguity and ensure alignment

Ensure data accuracy in payroll and people systems through robust test coverage and validation

He kōrero mōu: About you

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

At least three years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Contract Business Analyst, with a strong focus on digital transformation and HR systemsHands-on experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS/payroll systems

A good understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, and writing user storiesThe ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

Experience translating business processes into digital workflows and system requirementsKnowledge of data integrity, testing strategies, and system integration

Strong communication and facilitation skills, especially in complex or changing environments

You will thrive in this role if you are pragmatic, detail-focused while still delivery-minded, and confident working in an evolving digital environment.
