Dr. Mukesh Goyal, a leading provider of healthcare solutions, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and providing data-driven insights to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define project requirements.
Analyze data and processes to extract meaningful insights and recommend actionable solutions.
Develop detailed documentation, including business requirement specifications and process maps.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment.
Monitor project progress and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies, as well as documentation software.
Salary: $40 - $90 per hour, based on experience.
