BA Responsibilities:
• Gather requirements from clients and/or internal stakeholders
• Document and update requirements via user stories in Jira and Confluence
• Create wireframes for user stories, wherever applicable
• Maintain and update product backlog
• Create sprints and organize scrum ceremonies
• Test the system on QA, UAT and Prod environments pre and post sprint
• Create, update and own MoM taken in internal and external meetings – extract action items from the list and update the product backlog
• Write and run DML queries on SQL and Postgres DB to gain insights from data
BA Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in engineering/Business/MBA
• 2-3 years of BA experience
• Fundamental analytical thinking skills
• Excellent documentation skills
• Track record of following through on commitments
• Hands on experience in wireframing tools and agile processes
• Ability to analyze and gain insights from data is a plus
• Experience in the supply chain domain is a plus
• Experience in product management is a plus
