Exp Range Sr. BA: 7 to + Years
Preferred Skills: Jira, User Story, Wireframe, HRMS, Confluence, Good Written and Spoken communication, MS Excel, Logical thinking
Job Expectations:
1. Lead the process design, document, and maintain systematic rule repository along with best practices notes.
2. Functional responsibility includes gathering feature requests, grooming & prioritizing backlog/product road map, requirement gathering analysis and implementation.
3. Understanding and anticipating the client’s needs to manage the development process more effectively.
4. Translated business user concepts and ideas into comprehensive business requirements and design documents.
5. Hands on experience with managing requirements of overseas clients
6. Responsible for leading testing efforts, ensuring that issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.
7. Leading cross-functional teams (Functional / Technical) amalgamating, integrating, and building a strong bond to excel in the customer satisfaction globally with good knowledge of Agile methodology.
8. Responsible for providing vision and direction to the product road map, business analysis, Requirement Analysis, Researching and Analysing Markets.
+. Responsible for providing Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering & Analysis, Gap Analysis, Customer Relationship Management & Technical support to the client and team members.
10. Customer Focus: Taking ownership of customer requirements, going the extra mile to deliver to expectations. Establish and maintain high level, high value relationships with key customer decision-makers based on trust & respect.
