About Commercial Banking Group:
The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 250 Crs. by offering products and solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc.
About the Role:
Business Analyst with the Commercial Banking Coverage Group will work with the Segment Heads and their team to support them with decision making. The Business Analyst will be working with Relationship Managers, Credit Analyst and leaders across locations to derive insights about the segment's portfolio of customers. Additionally, the Business Analyst will help in implementation and monitoring of models for risk management and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate business insights by analyzing data to facilitate informed decision making
• Develop, implement and monitor models for risk management and business growth
• Conduct risk review of the portfolio and analyze the portfolio to identify well performing and poorly performing segments
• Conduct market / industry research to identify markets / sectors for entry / exit
• Develop and implement Early Warning System (EWS) to identify probable NPAs
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cross sell and marketing efforts
• Evaluate and implement credit bureau products
• Interact and develop business relationship with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
• CA / Graduation / Post-Graduation from a recognized institute
• Good academic record
