Project Role Description :
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
Must have Skills :
Business Requirement Analysis, Health Insurance Operations
Key Responsibilities :
1 Responsible for working with US client team to gather requirements and document the high-level document and create specifications for transformation logic
2 BA will be responsible for application testing with detailed documentation
3 Business requirements document creation BRD, Test cases Test results documentation, testing methodologies knowledge is must
4 Ability to work effectively under pressure with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
Technical Experience :
1 Minimum of 5 years hands on experience as Business Analyst
2 Minimum 3 years of US healthcare experience in Payer domain - Mandatory
3 Must have exposure to basic Membership and Provider areas
4 Should have knowledge in working with all type of medical and hospital claims
5 Sound knowledge of US federal and state laws with regards to healthcare governance and policies
6 Have experience to liaison between the technical, functional and testing teams
Professional Attributes :
1 Good organizational skills, strong analytical problem-solving skills, good time management skills
2 Ability to work independently,
3 Effectively communicate with customers

Any Technical Graduate
