Job Description
Looking for a Business Analyst - Pharma Commercial to help on the daily operation activities, and using data analytics to identify problems, weaknesses, trends, and opportunities
Main areas to support:
Data, Reporting, CRM
• This resource will serve as a primary SME of Pharma Commercial Data and System operations. Point of contact for business in case of data issues (1st level of analysis), new queries...
• In charge of analyzing pharma commercial data as professionally and effectively as possible
• On a regular basis, this resource will have to follow-up (monitor and track) and coordinate activities with Global Support and Operation teams
Responsibilities:
• Work with the Pharma Commercial Business stakeholders on capturing requirements related to Data, Reporting and Veeva CRM
• Work with Global DWH and BI teams on the incidents and improvements related to Data and Reporting
• Support Business stakeholders to build relevant and accurate queries that will serve to build/improve dashboards
• Proactively monitor and maintain Data and Reporting and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Point of contact for data requests, inquiries, ad how queries (investigate and collaborate with all parties to resolve any issues or requests)
• Document the work and use shared repositories in a structured and comprehensive way
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills Qualifications
• Strong SQL knowledge essential to bucket data and create adhoc queries for the stakeholders
• Understanding of database and analytics technologies in the industry
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM is a huge plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as business analyst
