Role Description
Creating & maintaining end to end decision support system through periodic MIS / Reporting of Financial & Business MIS & providing robust Analytics which will help Interventions to take informed decisions
Administration of project financial system through AOP / Budgeting / MIS / Cost analysis & Budgetary control
Monitoring all expenses and budgets within the organization to comply with approved policies.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
AOP & Budgeting (15%) : Creation , cascade, tracking and monitoring of Annual operating Plan , Strategy , Forecasting etc. for the project.
Business Analysis (15%): Tracking financial and non-financial KPI, milestone tracking & post facto analytics.
Budgetary Control (10%): Internal compliance to policies/process & ensure operational efficiency through cost optimization
Operational process improvement (10%): Ensuring process improvement through Six sigma & Cost Reduction.
Business Support (10%): Ensuring the cost enhancement & achievement of LFA through all kind of support as required by project.
MIS & Financials (20%): Ensuring timely & effective communication of performance through periodic reports & MIS.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:
Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant / MBA
Years of Experience
10-15 years of experience in FP & A, Business Finance, MIS.
Technologically savvy, with an ability to point to examples of having worked with IT to develop and implement new processes and systems that increased efficiency in a fast-moving environment.

35+ Years

WORKING CONDITIONS
The job can involve working conditions that include 8 hour shifts between 8 am to 7 pm. There are two week offs in a month apart from casual and privilege leaves. This job will also involve working in challenging community areas with infrastructural and other disadvantages.
