Roles & Responsibilities
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems or practices and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. May require an associate's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do require exercising independent judgment. Provide all operational support to team in India. Has intermediate to advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, email, and basic presentation or database applications. Has strong written and verbal communication skills Coordinates and assists with the marketing activities which may include advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows. A bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Ability to enter data accurately utilizing data entry equipment. Requires minimal supervision. Can be designated as a lead to complete projects. 2-4 years experience.
Typically reports to a manager.
Must have: Advance Excel experience
