Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work on two critical SD-WAN projects - This role demands a professional with a solid background in SD-WAN projects who can bridge the gap between highly technical network requirements and software development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Translation:
Collaborate with network specialists to gather and translate technical SD-WAN requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the software development teams.
Documentation:
Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines the project requirements, ensuring it is accessible and understandable for all stakeholders, including offshore development teams.
Coordination with Offshore Teams:
Work closely with offshore development teams, primarily based with Capgemini, to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Stakeholder Management:
Liaise between technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and that project objectives are met.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas where project processes can be streamlined or improved, ensuring efficient communication and documentation practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
SD-WAN Expertise:
Proven experience working on SD-WAN projects, with a deep understanding of SD-WAN technologies and their application in network environments.
Technical Business Analysis:
Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, particularly in roles that require translating complex technical requirements into actionable tasks for
development teams.
Documentation Skills:
Expertise in creating detailed and accurate project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Coordination Experience:
Experience working with offshore teams, particularly in coordinating development activities and ensuring that projects stay on track.
Networking Knowledge:
Strong technical background in networking, with the ability to understand and discuss network build and data extraction requirements.
