Operating within our newly established Transformation Office (known as the RDO), as a Business Analyst you will act as the critical interface between Endeavour’s strategic priorities and the transformation management platform that tracks them.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the transformation management software is optimally configured, widely adopted, and used to its full potential to provide the ELT and Finance leadership with clear, actionable insights into project performance.

By bridging the gap between technical configuration and business requirements, you enable a culture of transparency and disciplined delivery across Endeavour Group.

Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:

Onboarding & Capability Building

Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding RDO Project Owners and Leads in the transformation management software, ensuring they are set up correctly within the tool from day one
Become an expert in the transformation management software functionality for both day-to-day Initiative management and overall Transformation management & tracking and coach others on its use
Design, schedule and deliver comprehensive training programs and "how-to" playbooks to ensure all team members - from project managers to senior executives - are proficient in the software
Keep the platform usage in check by regularly tracking usage reports, and proactively reaching out for support in areas with less traction
Foster a community of power users across the Group (Dan’s, BWS, ALH, other functions) to share best practices and ensure data entry consistency
Operational Support and Administration

Oversee the creation and maintenance of user profiles, ensuring appropriate permission levels and data access controls are in place
Identify and resolve technical issues and functional glitches with support from from the backend software team
Act as the first line of support for Endeavour team members with a high degree of responsiveness
Conduct regular audits of the data within the transformation management software to ensure project statuses, financial benefits, and timelines are accurately reflected and up to date
Participate in leadership meetings, document agreed actions and decisions, and coordinate follow up on agreed tasks.
Continuous Improvement & Insight

Proactively collaborate with RDO Strategic Transformation Managers and Project Leads across Endeavour Group to identify friction points in the transformation management software and propose configuration improvements
Liaise with the external provider’s technical team to refine the configuration of the software to align with Endeavour’s specific business case templates, and financial tracking requirements
Continuously look for ways to streamline the reporting process within the software to reduce the administrative burden on project teams while increasing the quality of the output
Create and maintain sophisticated, automated dashboards tailored to the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring ELT members, Sponsors, and Finance GMs have real-time visibility into Endeavour’s Transformation initiatives
Extract and process data, analyse datasets, and create custom reports on request.
Support the preparation of reports and analysis for the weekly ELT Transformation Update meeting
Coordinate multiple Project Owners to ensure data in the software is updated, corrected, or amended as required.
