Job Profile:
• Understanding Customer’s business process management and requirements and translating them to specific software req.
• Effectively communicating with internal teams and clients to deliver functional req. like GUI, screen and interface designs.
• Creation of BRS, SRS, Wireframes & other documentations.
• Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Making sure that the recommended solution is commercial yet competitive.
• Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence and a deep understanding of customer's needs so that they can be transformed into application and operational req.
