We are seeking a Business Analyst with broad enterprise systems experience and strong discovery, process analysis, and stakeholder engagement capability within an Asset Management environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Understanding of systems and processes relating to land, buildings, leases and property portfolios
Experience working with physical asset data across the asset lifecycle
Understanding of operational works planning and delivery
Understanding of core finance processes such as invoicing, billing, payments and reconciliations
Power BI dashboard development, data transformation, reporting and business insights
Sharepoint document management, collaboration, forms, lists, approvals and workflow automation
Experience with customer request or service management systems
ESRI/Digital Twin knowledge
Understanding of how AI can be applied to business processes
