What you'll do
Day-to-day, you'll produce business requirements to inform future state design, while supporting teams in their understanding of our requirements and their linkages to the overall domain strategy.
Alongside this, you'll write business requirements, user stories and epics as needed and understand our business, customers, strategic goals and how your teams operate to help with the realisation of desired outcomes.
You’ll also:
• Create and maintain documentation
• Assist with controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
• Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
• Deliver test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
• Work in close collaboration with our business and the feature team to make sure our vision and requirements are understandable
The skills you'll need
You’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as a BAX, CPRE and CBAP. Additionally, you’ll have an analytical mindset, good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
• A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function
• Great stakeholder management skills
