What you'll do
Day-to-day, you’ll help with the analysis of complex cross-franchise and pan-bank requirements, while capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements and making sure that they're in line with key strategic principles.
Alongside this, you'll support with the identification of new opportunities and assist with the understanding of the required capabilities and modelling of our organisation.
You’ll also:
• Identify and support cut-over and implementation tasks
• Maintain documentation and assist with controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
• Trace and link business requirements to our future state designs
• Create and deliver test scenarios and test scripts at various stages of the project in order to validate the solution design
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and help business users in delivering the user acceptance testing
The skills you'll need
You’ll need to hold an appropriate business analyst certification, such as a BAX, CPRE and CBAP, and have excellent data management skills to support the ongoing delivery of data and insights to leaders and stakeholders through Tableau.
In addition, you’ll have an analytical mindset, great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your work. Having experience of Teradata and Snowflake would be advantageous.
Furthermore, you’ll need:
• A background of delivering business analysis in a technology or IT function
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
