Capital Optimisation: This is a strategic initiative of the Bank under wholesale credit and lending transformation to optimise the Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) through various workstreams covering data remediation and various RWA saves initiatives.
The Opportunity:
This role is for a Senior Manager position within Global Banking and will be working on various aspects of Risk Weighted Asset (RWA) optimization Programme. This could be spread across a number of different initiatives (or work streams) that are running concurrently.
The SMGR will be responsible for performing full lifecycle of RWA optimization initiative, including data extraction, analyses, documentation and presenting findings and opportunities to key stakeholders.
This is a diverse and challenging role.
What you’ll do:
Conduct full lifecycle of RWA optimization initiative, including data extraction, analyses, documentation and presenting findings and opportunities to key stakeholders
Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows, processes and controls in line with global directives
Support other work streams on data extraction and analytical tools
