Job Responsibilities:
• Review test artifacts like scenarios, feature files, scope definition, test cases, Live confidence testing pack and provide signoff.
• Interact with other components business analyst, architects to understand and agree on impacted design.
• Interact with business/compliance teams to get agreement from business on various design flows.
• Provide walkthrough of requirements and take signoffs from business, compliance and other required teams.
• Extremely good understanding of Agile central processes.
• Ensure Compliance of project and supporting Audits actions closures.
• Support testing/development team to understand design, requirements and support them.
• Knowledge sharing with teams/cross teams and other components as required.
Job Requirements:
• Work with different configuration files within application and updating them and also having good knowledge of GIT.
• Coordinate meetings and discussions with stakeholders and team members
• Understanding on Payment Landscape.
• Knowledge of Payments Domain , MT/XML messages and XML tools like XML spy and XML Notepad.
• Good Knowledge of Financial Crime and compliance would be an added advantage.
• Fircosoft knowledge would be additional benefit..
Qualification & Experience:
• Hands on experience on SQL and good Understanding of Databases.
• Minimum 3-4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Should have understanding of basic Unix commands and vi editor.
• Excellent hands on in Agile methodologies, agile centre and artefacts like user story, Kanban board etc.
• Understand and document current state (‘as is’) technology / processes to facilitate optimum end-state (‘to be’) solution design
• Hands on with Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
