• Acting as the conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders for business and technical clarity
• Writing Business Specifications/User Stories/Epics
• Evaluating business processes, analysing business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing functional specifications
• Interacting with various business stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations to discuss/capture requirements, ideas and findings and documenting and communicating the outcomes.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing
• Representing end users in ensuring functional and non-functional quality in the deliverables
Candidate Should Also Know
• 5 Years (With BFSI domain knowledge preferred)
• Analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems Individuals skilled in the general insurance domain (Motor / Health / Property / Fire / Marine / Re-Insurance Lines of Business)
• Background in handling IT projects/Software development
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)/Agile Methodologies
• Good communication and analytical skills
