Position: BUSINESS ANALYST – Common Service Customer master
Shift :- General shift work from office
No of vacancy- 2
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Promotion as BA
o Business requirement validation with use cases in the prototyping phase
o Establish and introduce new work procedures and/ or workarounds
o Planning and promotion of user tasks from BA’s perspective
o Conduct study to analyse system effectiveness and cycle time
o Provide training to local and overseas users
o Provide support in User Acceptance Testing (including Test Case Creation and Issue Management)
o Liaise with End Users, Vendors and Head Office in migration and other project tasks
o Assist in the preparation of System and Operation manuals
o Conduct Client Impact Analysis and Support Customer Notification
· Management & Reporting
o Support the Team as a Subject Expert in the management of IT Projects
o Facilitate in system function and workflow design
o Monitor task progress of the user side, conduct issue & risk management, and provide support for solving them
o Provide insights and feedback to project planning with Area PM
o Other regular reporting such as regional progress, challenges and success to BA leads
Role-Specific Duties:
o Oversee project execution and coordinate between teams.
o Develop detailed analyses and maintain organized documentation.
o Planning and promotion of user tasks from BA’s perspective
o Support daily PJ task assigned, including documentation and reporting.
o Assist in translating requirements into actionable solutions.
Required Skills/Experiences/Personalities:
• Excellent business communication skills with technical proficiency and exposure in Banking.
• Working experiences as bank staff in Middle and Back-Office.
• Exposure of the full customer onboard operation process , including customer data registration and updates, quality assurance of the customer data, KYC compliance, etc. in large MNC Banks (MUST HAVE)
• Expertise in maintaining all kinds of static data related to customer master , bank master, regulatory identifiers etc for large mnc bank ( must have)
• Possess strong Hands-on experience in Business Analysis activities like creating both BRD and FRD (Including Operation Workflow creation (Swim lane diagram).
• Experience in data mapping, analysis data cleansing, providing migration support and Reconciliation from accounting system or core banking system to transaction processing/ management system in large mnc banks(must have).
• Experience of working with people from different geographies (actual international experience is not mandatory but working/ interacting with people from different geographies is needed
• Package system implementation experience in the core banking domain(oracle suites any other core banking packages like financle,Tcs bans, Cgi, Finastra etc)
• Experience in collecting business requirements and standardization of workflow across different entities
• Experience in project implementation from user side (big project is preferred)
Qualification: - Master’s Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT.
Experience:
Total Experience- (5 – 15 Years)
BA- 3- 7yrs
Domain exp- 3- 10years' experience in core banking operations including handling the full customer on board operation process, including customer data registration and updates, quality assurance of the customer data, KYC compliance, data mapping from Common System to Processing System, data cleansing, providing migration support and Reconciliation
