Job description:
1. Ability to draw insights from complex quantitative data, integrate these insights & findings across work streams and work collaboratively to implement solutions. 2. Strategic Planning: Drive planning activities with the primary objective of enabling leadership to make effective, analytically driven strategic operating decisions. 3. Strategic Technology projects and new initiatives: Supports leadership in critical Technology. 4. Product initiatives by building business case analysis, scoping & preparing project blueprints, financial modelling, Contract negotiations, Project execution & ROI mgmt. as per the Annual Operating plan. 5. Works collaboratively with Business head to establish operational goals, budgets, forecasts and SBU P&L’s. 6. Works with cross functional teams in Identifying, developing, and executing analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings. 7. Proactively builds insights & models on content consumption, platform performance and subscriber/consumer data that can help facilitate informed decision making. 8. Identifies and develops strategic opportunities for the business with a view of diversifying consumer base and driving market share.
+. Multi-tasks on diverse projects and initiatives while building trust-based relationships with both internal & external stakeholders.
Skillsets :
Strategy & Business Planning, Product & Revenue, Distribution & B2B Alliances, Financial analysis. Excel modelling & Data interpretation skills.
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving approach, Willingness to learn & lead, Good Interpersonal & comms skills, Collaborative worker, Ability to handle pressure. Good Understanding of Balance-sheet, Income statement, Cash flow statements, Term sheets, Contracts.
Exposure to business roles in Deep tech companies is highly valued.
