Relevant Experience: 3-5 Yrs. of experience.
Role: We are seeking a BA- CRM with over 3 years of experience in the software industry, particularly in the banking and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next
• Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution
• Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components
• Experience in working to Agile processes
• Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• CRM development framework
