Role: We are seeking a BA- CRM with over 3 years of experience in the software industry, particularly in the banking and financial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent knowledge in architecting, planning, testing, and deploying of any proven CRM solution like Dynamics/CRM Next
Good working knowledge of implementing, integration, and deployment of such CRM solution
Experienced in defining technical architecture and software components
Experience in working to Agile processes
Able to map business processes to core CRM platform capabilities.
Strong analytical and organizational skills
