Responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into structured specs for tech/product teams.
• Continuously engage with stakeholders to track and review project progress.
• Act independently, present insights confidently, and represent the team in leadership forums.
• Ensure alignment of business goals with tech execution in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business teams and product managers to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
• Business Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of business data to identify key data sources, create data models, and produce actionable insights.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and other project-related documentation.
• Data and Workflow Diagrams: Create data flow diagrams and workflow diagrams to document and communicate business processes.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Tools Usage: Use JIRA and Confluence for task tracking and documentation management.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Data Pipelines: Understand and document data pipelines to ensure scalable and efficient data processing.
• Data Analysis: Work with data analysts to interpret large datasets and provide data-driven recommendations.
Requirements:
• Education: B. E. /B. Tech, MBA from a Tier 1 Institute is mandatory.
• Experience: 2-5 years in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong project and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in creating data and workflow diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Big Data Concepts: Knowledge of large-scale data processing and distributed storage (Good-to-have).
• Cloud Architecture: Basic familiarity with cloud services like AWS and API integrations (Good-to-have).
