Roles and Responsibilities
Business requirement
Product understanding | Requirement gathering and analysis | BRD creation | FSD analysis | User story creation | UAT | Project management
Partner Engagement API integration
• Create a seamless landing experience for our partners right from on boarding to Lead Creation - Underwriting - Disbursal - Pyment Collection through API
• Understanding their web ab journey and in corporate learning to keep pace with competition
Role & Responsibility
• Understanding and experience of digital product development life cycle business requirement specification documentation / product backlog (Epics, user stories, confluence ) and experience of working in agile environment
• Work closely with this stakeholders for understanding gathering and priorittizing the systems functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Strong knowledge of partner operation system and knowledge including API integration [CRM salesforce, LOS, LMS, Finnone, MiFIN]
• Co ordination cross functional team and internal stakeholder, (scrum team, risk and policy, compliances, IT and vendor) teams to execute
• Ensure timely and smooth roll out and adoption of new product iterations and meet committed timeline for various product launches
• Responsible who creating customer life cycle customer flow and customer communications
• Ensure quality with user acceptance testing scenarios
• Lead the team in spread planning backlog review and stand up as needed
• Ensure proper implementation of all the regulatory guidelines
• Handle continuous product announcement
