The Role
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our Operations team in Edwardstown. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this full-time role is ideal for someone with strong technical and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for improving business performance.
As our Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing business needs, supporting projects, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and promote long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend practical solutions
Analyse real-time data and present insights to support data-driven decision-making
Troubleshoot operational issues and work cross-functionally to implement resolutions
Support key projects that align with Peggs' strategic goals
Maintain and communicate changes to systems and processes
Ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance for system developments
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and drive optimisation
Skills & Experience Required
2–5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and database management
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder engagement skills across all business levels
Experience interpreting and translating data into actionable insights
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
