Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Email Marketing!
We are currently seeking a Business Analyst Email Marketing focused on marketing automation to join the clients Global Marketing Team. The position will be in our Mumbai office. The individual will be the primary owner of the day-to-day responsibilities in Eloqua including editing reviewing and sending external emails email analytics and the management of the email team. The prospective candidate should have relevant years of experience in marketing automation with specific skillsets in Eloqua.
The individual will collaborate with the client and report to the Marketing Operations Lead
Responsibilities
Manage the firms marketing automation platform Eloqua for email campaigns website tracking form creation and analytics
Oversee day-to-day execution and quality control for global email marketing campaigns
Consistently analyse day-to-day campaigns compare metrics connect with team on a monthly basis to communicate results / best practices
Operate as email marketing consultant to all BU marketers and provide daily technical expertise in the development and execution of global email marketing campaigns with consistent communication
Manage the daily email marketing queue and calendar and be able to quickly adapt to new priorities and shifts in schedules
Collaborate with other digital channel function teammates on regular basis to meet campaign timelines and goals
Provide continued automation best practices to the global Marketing team
Good to have : Knowledge of integration of Eloqua with other platforms including Salesforce LinkedIn On24 GTW and more
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B.S. / MBA in Marketing or Communications with concentration in Marketing
Relevant years experience in Eloqua
Strong knowledge in Excel / PowerBI / PowerPoint
Experience / knowledge of business management tools like is an added advantage
Strong technical communication and analytical skills with the ability to learn the firms business
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage and train team members
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Ability to excel with little day-to-day oversight and under strict deadlines
