Are you a detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a passion for data, reporting, and business solutions? We are looking for a Business Analyst - FCO Data & Reporting to join our team and drive the success of our Financial Crime Operations (FCO) Data & Reporting strategy.

Mo te tūranga | About the Role:

Act as the go-to expert for FCO Data & Reporting systems.
Support the development and delivery of reporting strategies by applying best-practice techniques and documentation standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and transform them into clearly defined requirements.
Apply business analysis techniques to evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support automation, analytics, and reporting enhancements.
Drive a culture of curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving.

Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on requirements gathering and documentation
