In general, the responsibility of the Business Analyst (Finance) is to bridge technical communications between the client and the development team and to review content before delivery.
To achieve this, he/she will:
Represent the team in internal and external meetings
Gather in-depth understanding about the project and SLAs
Simplify technical information for the content development team
Provide inputs and guide the team on subject matter
Act as the “go to” person for writers’ questions and doubts
Review documents from a technical standpoint and provide suggestions
Track emerging trends in the domain and build thought leadership
